Eric’s early experiences with homelessness and addiction offer him a profound understanding of the challenges many of the organization’s clients face daily. Over his 20-year career in crisis intervention and human services management, Eric has honed his expertise in non-profit management, strategic program development, and various therapeutic modalities including anger management and addiction recovery. 

Operating in diverse settings, Eric's initiatives have extended from advocacy for veterans to addressing the complex needs of transgender individuals and those battling mental health disorders.
